Notary Services Disclaimer

RedRock Signings, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada. Our services are strictly limited to notarial acts, both in-person (mobile) and online (remote).

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the documents they present are complete and accurate. RedRock Signings does not verify the contents of documents for legality, accuracy, or enforceability.

Finality of Notarizations & Client's Responsibility

 All notarizations performed by RedRock Signings, LLC are considered final at the time of notarization. RedRock Signings is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes in the documents made by the client or any third party before or after notarization.

If any corrections, changes, or re-executions of documents are needed due to errors not caused by RedRock Signings, the client is solely responsible for arranging a new notarization and paying any associated fees.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Consent

By using our Remote Online Notary services, you agree that:

You have the necessary technology (internet, camera, microphone).

You are appearing voluntarily.

You consent to the use of electronic signatures and notarization.

All remote notarizations will comply with Nevada law.

Failure to meet technological or identification requirements at the time of your scheduled RON session may result in a missed appointment fee.

Non-Refundable Services Policy

All payments for services provided by RedRock Signings, including in-person and remote notarizations, loan signings, and document preparation, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • The signer is unavailable, unwilling, or physically/medically unable to sign documents.

  • The signer is not mentally capable of making legal decisions or providing informed consent.

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is not presented. Photocopies, screenshots, or digital IDs will not be accepted.

  • Documents are incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise not ready for execution.

  • The appointment cannot proceed due to circumstances outside the control of RedRock Signings.

  • Late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations/changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.

By scheduling services with RedRock Signings, clients acknowledge and agree that payments are non-refundable under these conditions.

Indemnification Clause

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedRock Signings, LLC, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use of our notary services.

This includes any liability related to the content, intent, or legality of the documents notarized. Clients assume full responsibility for how notarized documents are used or submitted.

Bond Disclosure

RedRock Signings, LLC is bonded by Nevada law under a $10,000 Surety Bond, filed with the Nevada Secretary of State. This bond is for the protection of consumers in cases of notarial misconduct or negligence.

Payment Policy

Deposit and Full Payment:

A Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash

  • Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) – a 3% processing fee will be added to cover transaction costs.

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

General Terms

  • All payments are subject to our Non-Refundable Services Policy.

  • For both in-person and remote appointments, late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellations/changes made within 2 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

  • Approved refunds requested at least 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 5% processing fee.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.

 

Integration Clause

This agreement represents the complete and exclusive understanding between the client and RedRock Signings, LLC regarding all requested services. No other verbal or written agreements, promises, or representations will be binding. By requesting services, the client acknowledges and agrees that these terms govern the transaction.
